Returning Wallpaper
Murals and Personalised Products
Murals are custom-made and cannot be returned as they are non-resellable. Similarly, personalised pattern products are not eligible for returns. To ensure satisfaction, we recommend ordering samples before purchasing.
Pattern Wallpaper Returns
Our wallpaper rolls are made to order, meaning each batch is unique. To ensure consistency, we recommend ordering the full quantity you need at once. If in doubt, it's best to overestimate a little as unused rolls can be returned. Ordering at different times may result in slight colour variations. You can return up to 2 rolls of pattern wallpaper without restocking fees. For additional rolls, a minimum 40% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Process
Contact us within 30 days of your order to initiate a return. You are responsible for the return delivery cost. Wallpaper must be returned in resellable condition. Damaged items may affect your refund eligibility.
Samples
Samples cannot be returned. Please note that wallpaper samples are a close representation of the final product at the time of issue; however, as materials and production processes may vary over time, their accuracy can only be relied upon for approximately 30 days.

Refunds
You should inspect your wallpaper as soon as it arrives. Any defects or damage must be reported before installation. If you encounter issues during installation, pause immediately and contact us at support@livingwithluxury.co.uk before proceeding. If the wallpaper is confirmed to be defective, we will provide a solution, such as a replacement or a refund.
Our wallpaper is DIY-friendly, making it easy to install without professional help. Hiring a decorator is optional, and we cannot be held responsible for decorator fees, as these are voluntary and outside our control. You should always follow our installation instructions to ensure proper application. Failure to follow these instructions may result in ineligibility for a refund if something goes wrong. As murals are custom-made to your wall size, we cannot accept responsibility for inaccurate measurements provided during ordering. A mural ordered in the wrong size is not considered defective and is therefore ineligible for a refund.
Larger murals may appear less defined when viewed up close due to scaling. Concerns about print quality are subjective and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
