Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

In-stock items dispatch from our UK warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted and typically take 10 to 14 weeks; the lead time is shown on each product page.

Q: What happens if my made-to-order piece is delayed?

If a piece needs longer than estimated we will tell you as soon as we know, with a revised date. If a delay is significant we will discuss your options, including the choice to cancel for a full refund.

Q: How much is delivery?

Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses is free on every order with no minimum spend. Northern Ireland is £40 and offshore or islands addresses £60.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

Tell us as soon as possible; the earlier we hear from you, the more we can do. Because made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for your order, changes may not be possible once production is underway. Your statutory cancellation rights are unaffected.

What happens if my made-to-order piece is delayed?

How much is delivery?

How will my furniture be delivered?

Smaller items come by tracked courier. Larger furniture is delivered to your ground-floor entrance; for some of our ranges, the delivery team contacts you directly to agree a convenient day, so you're never waiting in on a guess.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you change your mind, please tell us as soon as possible — the earlier we hear from you, the more we can do. Because made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for your order, changes may not be possible once production is underway. What should I do when my order arrives?

Please unpack and inspect your item on the day it arrives and report any damage to us within 48 hours — it helps us resolve any issue for you quickly.

What if I want to return something?

Details are in our Return Policy. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us straight away and we'll put it right.

Is my payment secure?

We use Shopify's secure checkout, with all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay instalments available.

Well designed, with useful storage.

Good communication from the seller keeping me informed of the order progress. I was given quite a wide range of dates for the delivery so I could choose the best date for me.
On delivery day, the couriers phoned with their expected delivery time.

The bed requires a full home assembly. This is relatively straightforward.
The bed frame is quite easy to assemble though I don't know if the side hangers go in front of, or behind, the washers of the fixing bolts, or even if it matters. A little bit fiddly , though probably easier with two people!
The drawers are slightly more difficult. The instruction sheet, and the packaging could be improved here. On the first drawer I made, I used two fronts , so when I came to the second drawer I had two backs, which didn't fit. I would like to see a letter sticker (A,B,C...) on the drawer parts and then the instruction sheet could refer to these to avoid confusion. A minor point, but a system used quite often on home assembly items.
