​To achieve a visually balanced and stable setup, your media unit should ideally be at least 10cm to 20cm wider than the total width of your TV screen.

• ​Remember Screen Sizes are Diagonal: A 55-inch television is roughly 122cm wide in actual physical dimensions, meaning it pairs beautifully with a 140cm or wider media unit.
• ​Overhang & Balance: Having a unit wider than your TV ensures the screen doesn't overhang the edges, which reduces the risk of knocks and leaves plenty of space for soundbars, smart hubs, or elegant decorative accents on either side.

​To ensure a premium setup experience, the vast majority of our solid wood media cabinets arrive fully built by master craftsmen straight to your door. For models featuring sleek metal frame accents or Nordic-style tapered legs, minor home assembly is required simply to screw on the supporting legs or attach the door handles (which are often inverted inside the cabinet doors for safety during transit). No specialist tools are required.
